For some areas that don’t require heat insulation ,cheap single panel fireproof glass is perfect .

According to different processing methods,monolithic fireproof panels can be classified into 3 types:

1.High compression stress Glass

Common tempered glass compression stress is over 90Mpa,high compression stress glass can rech over 150Mpa to make glass more solid.

But the fireproof performance is blow 60mins, and cannot be big panels over 1.5sqm.

2.Monolithic potassium cesium fire resisitant glass

It is a special chemical treatment for more than 20 hours of ion exchange at high temperature, replacing the metal sodium on the glass surface to form a low-expansion silicate glass with a coefficient of expansion of
1.8*10-6/0F (3.24*10-6/ K), so it has high heat resistance, and at the same time, through tempering process, the surface of the glass forms high compress stress, which greatly improves the impact strength. When the glass breaks, it shows a state of tiny particles, reducing damage to the human body.The strength of potassium cesium fire-resistant glass is 6-12 times that of clear glass and 1.5-3 times that of tempered glass.

3.High Borosilicate glass

Its fire resistance is derived from its very low coefficient of thermal expansion – only 4 x 10 -6 (20-300C), which is 2 to 3 times lower than normal glass (silicate glass). In addition, borosilicate monolithic fire-resistant glass also has a high softening point, excellent thermal shock resistance and viscosity. Therefore, when a fire occurs, the borosilicate monolithic fireproof glass is not easy to expand and crack, and is a high-stability single-piece fireproof glass with a fire resistance time of up to 3 hours.

Monolithic fireproof glass can be made into laminated glass combing with glass interlayers.

Another method to make laminated fireproof glass,is laminated glass panels with Nano carbon silicate fire resisting materials.

Whn been grilled by a thermal flame,the fireproof adhesive substrate foams and expands gradually ,unyil to be carbonized,hence it forms a proytective layer which has small thermal conductivity and good insulation properties.It prevent fire to spread to the other side of the fire area,weakening the heat radiation of the flame,hence it protects the glass and objects in the other side of the fire area and play an important role in the fire prevention.

Sodium silicate, is a water soluble binder,sodium silicate composite fire glass is two or three layers glass sheets,surrounded by a special flame retardant tape double sealed,and fill with sodium silicate fireproof glass liquid in the cavity is a special fireproof glass refractory glass and belongs to the national standard A class fireproof glass.

When the fire occurs,the large amount of fireproof liquid in the middle of composite fireproof glass absorbing the heat and foam expansion and become opaque substances,effectively prevent the people from the fire when the panic.It can also effectively prevent the heat generated by the combusion from the fire surface to the back and can prevent the transmission of heat radiation,so that protect the escape or rescue peronnel in back fire area from high temperature,toxic gas damage and heat radiation burns,and to prevent the combustible material in back fire area ignited by the high temperature and heat radiation in a certain period of time,as as to prevent further spread of the fire.
