Toughened Glass ,also named tempered glass.Features of toughened glass.

Different from tempered glass,heat strengthened glass cooling process is much slower .Features of heat strengthened glass:

• 2 times strength high than float glass.
• Radial shards after breaking,but can keep glass integrity
• No spontaneous breakage.

Because the exisiting of Nis in tempered glass ,there’s always spontaneous breakage after glass installation,which brings high maintanance and replacement costs.Heat soaking test is good solution to test the toughened glass and reduce the probability of self-explosion and ensure quality,the shattering proof process is used for high requirement projects.Learn more about glass spontaneous breakage.

Curved Glass is heating glass to its softing point, form the specific shape conrtolled by the computer,and then cooling process.

Curved Glass has same features as flat heat treated glass.

With our most advanced curved glass tempering furnace,Morn is able to supply special curved glass with multi radius,and J shap tempered glass, double curved glass,it’s applied in round skylights,showcases etc.

Glass edge treatment

For point supported glass facade,shower doors, glass will have holes to fixed the hardware,Morn offer flat holes ,countersunk holes.

For high end products, inner flat polished holes processed with Inermac CNC is provided.

Notches and cutouts are used to fix hardwares,glass fittings,glass patches,notches are finished by waterjet machine.

Dubbed corners,round corners are supplied to ensure that glass corner don’t hurts.

Glass radius corner

Silk Screen is to print the inks on glass through screen plates,the inks will bond with glass permernantly after tempering furnace,no fading,no falling,usually used for exterior decoration and spandrel glass.Learn more

Same as silk screen glass,the inks used for digital printing process is also made with glass powders and won’t fade,fall after tempering process.The difference is,digital printing machine can print any image or pictures customers want on glass surface,no color limit,no size limit.
